Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached in the original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.

  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location for secure processing.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master tailors inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or initiate the production of your exchange within 7-10 business days.
